Gulp from Life, Don't Sip

So Saturday night, April 1st, I decided in my new philosophy of "Gulp from Life, Don't Sip", that I would run the Capitol 10k - the first time I've run a real race. I'm pleased that not only did I finish, but my time was a (for a first-timer) respectable 0:59:11.
